Prime Finds Co., we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at anthonymecomau@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior contact may not qualify for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
